This Privacy Policy explains how McLean Marketing LLC, doing business as Motion Marketing (“Motion Marketing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website at sellmotion.net (the “Site”) or communicate with us, including by text message and through our online application and onboarding forms. By using the Site, submitting one of our forms, or contacting us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Who We Are
Motion Marketing operates door-to-door field sales and marketing teams on behalf of internet, television, and telecommunications brands. We work with two primary audiences: individuals interested in sales positions, and companies interested in field-marketing services. You can reach us at:

2. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
When you text, call, or email us, submit an application or onboarding form, or otherwise contact us, we may collect the information you choose to share, which can include your name, email address, mailing address, mobile phone number, and the content of your messages or form responses (for example, your sales experience, your market, or the services you are looking for).
If you onboard with us as a sales representative, our onboarding form also collects the details we need to set you up: your date of birth, a headshot photo for your ID badge, your driver’s license state of issue, your shirt size and phone type, whether you speak Spanish, and the name, phone number, and relationship of an emergency contact. Emergency contact numbers are used only to reach that person in an emergency and are never sent text messages under our messaging program.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is used to operate, secure, and improve the Site.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about opportunities or services;
- Evaluate applications from prospective sales representatives;
- Onboard, schedule, support, and administer sales representatives we engage;
- Discuss and provide field-marketing services to partner companies;
- Send text messages to your mobile phone number, only if you have opted in, as described in Section 4;
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site; and
- Comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
The following terms apply to text (SMS/MMS) messages from Motion Marketing:
- How you opt in: You opt in by selecting the SMS consent option on one of our application or onboarding forms (such as our Rep Intake Form) after entering your mobile number, or by texting us first at (801) 800-0549. We do not text you unless you have opted in.
- Consent: By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Motion Marketing related to your inquiry or engagement. These may include replies to your questions, follow-ups about your application or our services, onboarding documents such as offer letters, independent contractor agreements, and equipment agreements, scheduling, reminders, and account, operations, or service updates. Some messages are sent using an automated system. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, contracting, or employment.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt out: You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you any further texts unless you opt in again.

- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Terms: Text messages are also governed by our Terms of Service.
We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or text messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. All other information-sharing categories described in this policy exclude text messaging opt-in data and consent.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers: With vendors who help us operate the Site, process forms, and communicate with you (for example, our form and messaging platforms), who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Motion Marketing, our users, or others.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
As stated above, text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of these categories and are never shared with third parties or affiliates.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at admin@sellmotion.net. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may unsubscribe from our emails using the link in those emails or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
8. Cookies and Tracking
The Site and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site functioning, remember preferences, and understand how the Site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features of the Site.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s Privacy
