These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at sellmotion.net and any related services (collectively, the “Site”) operated by McLean Marketing LLC, doing business as Motion Marketing (“Motion Marketing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 1. About Our Services

Motion Marketing provides door-to-door field sales and marketing services on behalf of internet, television, and telecommunications brands. Through the Site, individuals may express interest in sales positions and companies may inquire about our field-marketing services. The Site is informational, and using it does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship. Any such relationship is formed only through a separate written agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or contact us through it. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Communications and Messaging

When you contact us through the Site, including through our chat widget, you agree that we may respond to and communicate with you using the contact details you provide. If you provide a mobile phone number and consent to text messages, our SMS terms and your opt-out rights are described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Sales roles are performance-based, and actual earnings depend on individual effort, skill, market conditions, and other factors. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
